host a holiday virtual food drive
Virtual Food Drives allow you to digitally raise funds for OHK with your community in place of a canned food drive. OHK maximizes the funds by ordering food in bulk at a discount. Visit our Holiday Virtual Food Drive Page and click on the 'Become a Fundraiser' button. This fundraising effort ends on December 31st.
volunteer solo or with your group
We are always seeking volunteers to help serve meals! Volunteer solo, or assemble a group of friends or colleagues. Shifts are available Monday - Friday during the mornings and afternoons in Livermore, Dublin, and Pleasanton. Volunteers must pass a background check and provide proof of a COVID-19 vaccination. host a drive to collect supplies
Our Street Outreach team visits encampments 3 days a week to serve nourishing meals to our neighbors experiencing homelessness. This winter our clients need essentials to stay warm and dry. Contact Christi to host a drive to collect items like sleeping bags, blankets, and socks, or host a water bottle drive.

Before the clock strikes midnight remember that now is the time to initiate donations of stock, donor advised fund grants, and qualified charitable distributions from your IRA! Please note that if you prefer to donate by check, all mailed donations must be postmarked before or on December 31st in order to receive a 2023 tax receipt.
